The illegal exploitation of the Kyzylbulag gold and Demirli copper-molybdenum deposits located in the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan has been stopped.
“Qafqazinfo” reports with reference to the Armenian press that “Base Metals” company released information about this.
According to information, the company has decided to apply to international organizations for environmental expertise.
The appeal has been sent to the relevant structures of the UN and relevant international organizations for investigation as soon as possible.
It should be noted that the protest against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits in the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan on the Khankendi-Lachin road passing through Shusha has been going on for 17 days.
