Yusif Mammadov, Ph.D

Dr. Yusif Mammadov is an internationally recognized scholar and lawyer deeply specialized in international law, the protection of human rights, and European legal standards. He is a graduate of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Dr. Mammadov possesses extensive experience in refining the theory and practice of international law, as well as the integration of global legal systems into national legislation.
Within the Alliance team, he serves as a leading consultant for the analysis of complex cross-border issues, the examination of international legal instruments, and comparative legal analysis. His research also encompasses specialized and critical fields, such as the influence of international law on the Islamic world and the harmonization of legal systems.
