Ruslan Jabrailov

Ruslan Jabrailov is a legal professional specializing in commercial, civil, and corporate law, with a strong academic background and practical experience in judicial and legal research environments.

His professional foundation was strengthened through internships at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Nizami District Court of Baku, where he gained practical experience in legal research, case analysis, procedural review, and preparation of judicial documentation.

At Alliance Legal Center (ALC), Ruslan is involved in the analysis and preparation of commercial agreements, corporate documentation, legal opinions, and litigation-related materials. His analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured approach enable him to provide valuable support in addressing complex commercial and corporate legal matters.

In addition to his academic studies, Ruslan has continuously developed his legal reasoning, advocacy, and communication skills through participation in moot court competitions, legal simulations, and debate activities, strengthening his ability to analyze legal issues and present well-structured arguments.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Commercial Law at Baku State University, Ruslan combines academic expertise with practical legal experience to contribute to the delivery of strategic, compliant, and business-oriented legal solutions for clients.
